The Shaughnessy family is a series I will be following to the last sibling. Made for Us by Samantha Chase was made for me. Ms. Chase has created a love story that is exceptionally written and rewarding to read. At the heart of this story is the strong bond of family. The upset of the sudden death of the matriach, who was the glue of the family has a different affect on each and every family member. Especially Aidan. Made for Us is Aidan's story. Aidan has a good heart. He cares deeply and for that reason he has closed himself off from finding love. The death of his mother has broken his heart and he feels that he has to take over as the nurturer after her loss. Little does he know his mom has kept the promise she made to him at fourteen She has found the perfect woman to mend his heart. But Aidan is not sure he wants to set himself up for the pain. I fell for sensitive Aidan from the very first page. The bond he and mother shared even transcended her death. Maybe that's why she led him to Zoe. Gorgeous story. Trouble When You Walked In is a feel good read. Kieran Kramer created a well written read that combines the small town feel with big city problems. I found this novel to be amusing and touching. I had a wonderful time reading about Cissie and Boone. Each time I thought I could not laugh any harder, I was proven wrong. Cissie and Boone's quests to get the best of each other was funny, sexy and captivating. I love finding new authors to read. A wonderful feast for the mind and heart. Amelia Grey has created a story that proves be delightful, bewitching and well written. Harrison is intent on living life by his own rules. No restrictions for him. When events change the life he has built for himself he has to adapt. Angelina is adamant that she will make her own way. She wants to live life on her own terms. So when that is called into question she is willing to fight tool and nail to make her dreams come true. The battle of wills is on. Who will win this power struggle in the came of love. I enjoyed Angelina. Her wild spirit and soft heart proved an interesting contrast to Harrison devil may care attitude and enigmatic personality. A Radical Arrangement by Jane Ashford

Margaret and Justin are not your everyday couple. Bold and boisterous Justin is a man of action. He is used to shocking and is not afraid to do so. Margaret is used to following rules and staying in the shadows. Not wanting to draw attention to herself, she does what is expected of her. What neither realizes is that they are each playing a role. Used to playing out the script that has always been written but yearning for more. In some areas this story comes across dated and aggravating. However as I continued to read A Radical Arrangement, I found a story of two people that bring out in each other all of qualities that they lack in themselves. Jane Ashford's story of acceptance, love and growth is beautifully written, all you have to do is read between the lines. I received an ARC of this novel in exchange for an honest review.

I enjoy reading Carly Phillips. Her stories range from deeply emotional, to comedic masterpieces or coming of age. Dare to Rock has all of the above. Grey has lived every dream he's always wanted but he left behind his most cherished possession his heart. That belongs to Avery. Avery's struggle with lifelong insecurities stem from childhood. In Grey she believed she had found the one person who would put her first and not skip out on her. Looks like she was wrong. My introduction to the Dare family was with Dare to Love (Ian and Riley) and Dare to Desire (Alex and Madison). Dare to Rock lives up to Carly Phillips legacy of great romance. The Dare to Love series are great stories that touch the heart and show the strength of the human spirit. I received an ARC of Dare to Rock in exchange for an honest review.

Was not sure about Exposing the Heiress. Ms. Apodaca is an author I had not had the pleasure of reading before. I was wary because I am not really a mystery reader. But I was proven wrong. There were so many angles and curve balls in this story that I forgot everything else for the day and sat down to read the book all the way through. Exposing the Heiress turned out to be a sexy thrill. I enjoyed it . Thank you Entangled and NetGalley for the ARC. Thank you Jennifer Apodaca for this wonderful story. Loving Gigi (The Andrades, Book 5) by Ruth Cardello

I am in love. Loving Gigi is a beautiful story of acceptance, family and love. Each and every time I read a book written by Ruth Cardello I am reminded why she is one of my favorite authors. The drama, emotion and heart she puts into each story is evident on every page. This story reminded me a lot of Alethea’s story. Ironic isn’t it that my favorite book from the Legacy Series is Alethea’s. But indeed it is. Gigi and Alethea are kindred spirits and have experienced the same emotional turmoil of loneliness and not having a place to belong. So I found it interesting that she was the first one to reach out to Gigi. Kane was everything I expected him to be and more. Sometimes he came across ambitious and arrogant, but he had a good heart. Kane always protected the things and people he cared most about. Gigi stole my heart from the very first page. Her yearning to finally have the family she always craved broke my heart. I just wanted to hug her and tell her everything would work out fine. I received Loving Gigi for an honest review. On a scale of 1-5, I would give it a 10. Am adding to my list of favorites to be read again.
