THE HIGHLANDER'S ACCIDENTAL MARRIAGE (MARRIAGE MART MAYHEM #6) BY CALLIE HUTTON

Release Date:  November 30, 2015

SYNOPSIS

She never intended to take a husband...

Scotland, 1817

The Duke of Manchester's sister, Lady Sarah Lacey, always abides by the rules of etiquette. Fate, however, has no such confines. On a journey to the Scottish Highlands, Lady Sarah is set upon by misfortune-leaving her without carriage or chaperone, and left to the mercy of a kind and handsome gentleman. Whom (in order to secure a room at an inn) she announces is her husband.

When she proclaims they're married in public, Professor Braeden McKinnon can't bring himself to correct the lovely Lady Sarah. After all, her reputation would be ruined. Nor can he tell her that her proclamation is not only legally binding in Scotland, but sharing a room is considered to be an act of consummation...

Now they are bound together until death do they part-even if Sarah has no intention of becoming any man's wife.

REVIEWTHE HIGHLANDER'S ACCIDENTAL MARRIAGE (MARRIAGE MART MAYHEM #6) BY CALLIE HUTTON

The Highlander's Accidental Marriage (Marriage Mart Mayhem #6)The Highlander's Accidental Marriage by Callie Hutton

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Sarah is a force to be reckoned with. Small in statue but large in personality. Braeden is taken aback by Sarah's beauty but turned off by her demeanor. I received an ARC of The Highlander's Accidental Marriage by Callie Hutton in exchange for an honest review. Braeden and Sarah's story was a lot more light hearted and comedic than the previous book in this series. Sarah is a lot more open minded than her sister Sybil. That quality has come at the cost of her being a bit more innocent in matters of the world. I mean how else would she find herself in the situation that she did? I don't want to ruin the story for future readers so I'll keep this review brief. An open heart and open mind can lead to a meeting of the minds. Ms. Hutton has brought to the table another magnetic read.

THE HIGHLANDER'S CHOICE (MARRIAGE MART MAYHEM #5)) BY CALLIE HUTTON

SYNOPSIS

The Scottish Highlands, 1815

Lady Sybil Lacey is every inch an English woman. She's horrified her best friend is wedding a barbarian Scot. For aren't Scots naught but brutish, whiskey-swilling lechers? So to find herself secretly attracted to the tall and devastatingly handsome Scottish laird of Bedlay Castle is quite disconcerting...

Liam MacBride is convinced that English ladies are silly sassenachs who think of nothing but social events and clothes. So why is he intensely drawn to Lady Sybil? All they do is quarrel...until loathing turns into undeniable lust.

A tempestuous, fiery romance between an English lady and a Scottish laird cannot end well.

REVIEW:  THE HIGHLANDER'S CHOICE (MARRIAGE MART MAYHEM #5) BY CALLIE HUTTON

The Highlander's Choice (Marriage Mart Mayhem #5)The Highlander's Choice by Callie Hutton

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

They come from different worlds. A rush to judgment can lead to stimulating results. She's English, he's Scottish. No good could come of mixing the two. In Sybil's eyes all Scots are barbaric brutes that care for nothing more than themselves. So why is she so drawn to Liam? In Liam's eyes the English are superior snobby and opinionated individuals who want everything their way. So why does he let Sybil get under his skin? I adored this story. Liam and Sybil are so wrapped up in their preconceived notions of each other that they don't realize their falling in love until it's almost too late. I received an ARC of THC for an honest review. The Highlander's Choice is an entertaining read from Callie Hutton that I would recommend to anyone. HATS OFF TO THE AUTHOR!!!

THE BARON'S BETRAYAL (MARRIAGE MART MAYHEM #4) BY CALLIE HUTTON

SYNOPSIS

It's been two years since Lady Marion Tunstall lost her husband at sea. Two years of sorrow and grief. Only now has the young, comely widow finally re-entered society. It isn't until she and her family attend the merriment of a country dance that Lady Marion sees her dead husband, alive and well... and faints dead away.

Lord Tristan Tunstall has no choice but to confess—he is alive, yes, but not a whole man who can be a husband and father. When he offers her a divorce, however, Marion stubbornly refuses. Now she has forced herself back into his life, and into his home and (oh, God forgive his weakness) his bed. He cannot stop himself from wanting her. Loving her. But can he live with the secret she is keeping from him?

REVIEW: THE BARON'S BETRAYAL (MARRIAGE MART MAYHEM #4) BY CALLIE HUTTON

The Baron's Betrayal (Marriage Mart Mayhem #4)The Baron's Betrayal by Callie Hutton

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received a copy of this book for an honest review. A beautiful story is what I discovered. I am disappointed that I came in on book 4 and have not read books 1-3 of this series. I am a fan of any story where two people can face the obstacles these characters had to face and still get their happily ever after.
