SYNOPSIS

Some men are born responsible, some men have responsibility thrust upon them. Henry Charles Albert Edgar Pembrook, Prince of Wessco, just got the motherlode of all responsibility dumped in his regal lap.

He’s not handling it well.

Hoping to force her grandson to rise to the occasion, Queen Lenora goes on a much-needed safari holiday—and when the Queen’s away, the Prince will play. After a chance meeting with an American television producer, Henry finally makes a decision all on his own:

Welcome to Matched: Royal Edition.

A reality TV dating game show featuring twenty of the world's most beautiful blue bloods gathered in the same castle. Only one will win the diamond tiara, only one will capture the handsome prince’s heart.

The more Henry gets to know Sarah Mirabelle Zinnia Von Titebottum, the more enamored he becomes of her simple beauty, her strength, her kind spirit…and her naughty sense of humor.

And he hate's every minute of it. What's a playboy to do when the stresses of royalty become overpowering? A dating reality show? The party's just begun and quickly is spinning out of control. A rip roaring good time that is not afraid to be sexy. Ms. Chase humanizes a larger than life character by looking beyond the title and giving a glimpse of the flawed man. A HUSBAND BY NEW YEAR'S (MCCLENDON HOLIDAY) BY SEAN D. YOUNG

Release Date:  February 21, 2017

SYNOPSIS

Two hearts can’t merge until they get their signals straight.

The McClendon Holiday Series, Book 4

Love is a gamble.

Renee McClendon has had enough of pretty boys with fancy cars, pricey shoes, and empty souls. Never mind they’ve all matched her teen-diary version of the perfect man. None of them panned out.

She’s ready for someone who’s not afraid to get his hands dirty. A regular guy who doesn’t brag about everything he owns and the size of his…portfolio. And if she doesn’t find him by January 1, she’s closing the book on love. For good.

He’s willing to roll the dice.

When Patrick Dunlap drives the pretty, polished marketing professional home in his limousine, he figures she’ll be as superficial as all the other women who assume he’s a lowly chauffeur. Until they learn he owns the company, and their eyes light up—with dollar signs.

To his surprise, they hit it off so well he finds himself withholding that one tiny detail. But when the truth inevitably comes out, he fears the forever girl he’s longed for could disappear faster than a gust of winter wind.

Warning: Contains one half-serious bet, a whole list of secret longings, and one Cinderella fella who’s Prince Charming in disguise—and who’s never late for the ball.

A Husband by New Year's (The McClendon Holiday Series Book 4)A Husband by New Year's by Sean D. Young

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

ARC Review: A Husband by New Year's (McClendon Holiday) by Sean D. Young

The best way to sum up Patrick and Renee is through the words of a familiar melody. The first line of an old Keith Whitley song fits this couple perfectly. I have always loved the tune, When You Say Nothing at All and in the opening verse of that song it says " It's amazing how you can speak right to my heart." Simple words, perfect description, beautiful sentiment. Ms. Young managed to convey a ton of realistic emotion in a classically uncomplicated story. The most gifted of artists are not remembered for the words they say or the things they do but the magic they leave behind. That is how A Husband By New Year's made me feel. Like I was standing in the presence of something special.

WHISPER OF LOVE (LOVE IN BLOOM: THE BRADENS OF PEACEFUL HARBOR) BY MELISSA FOSTER

Release Date:  February 22, 2017

SYNOPSIS

The Bradens are a series of stand-alone romances that may also be enjoyed as part of the larger Love in Bloom series.

Tempest Braden adores her family and her small hometown, but sometimes too much of a good thing can be confining. At almost thirty, having watched most of her siblings find true love, she’s anxious to experience her own happily ever after, and the move to Pleasant Hill, Maryland, is just the change she needs. When she rents a room from ruggedly handsome, and closed-off, artist Nash Morgan and his adorable son, Phillip, she thinks she’s found a little slice of heaven on the outskirts of town, where she can concentrate on building her business. That is, if she can ignore the undeniable heat between her and the sinfully hot single father.

When Nash bought his farmette, he had one goal in mind—to provide a loving, stable home for his son. He never imagined he’d be raising Phillip alone, or renting out a room to keep their heads above water. Then again, he never imagined losing his brother, or spending two years sailing around the world with parents who seemed to forget one son was still alive.

Sparks fly from the moment Tempest moves in, and her positive energy and inquisitive nature brings new life into Nash and Phillip’s quiet, confined world. For the first time in years, Nash wants to let a woman into his world, but while his loss made him stronger, that strength came at a price, leaving him walled off and wary of opening his heart again.

Whisper of Love (The Bradens at Peaceful Harbor #5; The Bradens #17; Love in Bloom #36)Whisper of Love by Melissa Foster

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

ARC Review: Whisper of Love (Love in Bloom: The Bradens of Peaceful Harbor) by Melissa Foster

A twist of fate, a splash of irony and whole lot of heart prove to be the driving force behind Whisper of Love. Melissa Foster does it again with laughter, love and soul stirring emotion. Tempest has a big heart and the love of a good family, but she has yet to find her heart's desire, her soul mate like her siblings have done. Nash is a man with an abundance of love to give, but a past tragedy has shaped him into a man of caution. Add to that a beautiful, yet mischievous little boy and the heart melting begins. Whisper of Love has everything from drama, to humour, to precious moments of insight. The best way to describe Tempest, Nash and Phillip's journey would be a family in the making. A count your blessings story with a dash of faith thrown in.
